James H. King, 74, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2012. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include his wife, Ann Sichting King; two children, Shelley King of Indianapolis and Scott (Amanda) King of Whiteland; and two grandsons.
He was preceded in death by a sister Helen E. Coons; three brothers, Robert, John Jr. and Carlos King; and his parents, John and Lola Phillips King.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the mortuary. Burial will be in Hilldale Cemetery in Martinsville.
