Eva Nell Hasler, 87, Greenwood, formerly of Bloomfield, passed away Oct. 8, 2012, at St. Francis Hospital, Indianapolis.
She was born March 15, 1925, the daughter of Virdia and Donna Fae (Inman) Fortner. Eva Nell married Sherl Hasler, Aug. 14, 1949, and enjoyed 60 years of life together until Sherl died Feb. 9, 2010.
Survivors include her two daughters, Denise (John) Robertson of Benicia, Calif., and Joyce (Al) Long of Greenwood; three grandchildren, Liam Robertson, Chris and Valerie Long.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers Canby and Dale Fortner, and her sister-in-law Barbara.
Eva Nell retired from Crane Naval Weapons Support Center in 1981 after 35 years of service in personnel administration.
A funeral service will be at 2 p.m Friday at Lester Jenkins & Sons Funeral Home, Bloomfield, with visitation from 11 a.m. to service time.
