He is survived by his parents, Ernie and Deanna Kennedy Mullins; his wife, Danielle Relue Mullins; and two sons, Jackson and Jason Mullins.
Services will be at 11 a.m.Tuesday, at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the mortuary. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Glenns Valley, Greenwood.
