Bettie Ellen Coleman, 92, of Franklin, passed away Sunday, Oct. 14, 2012.
She was born March 22, 1920, in Rushville to the late Stanley and Daisy Cowger Stewart.
Bettie is survived by four daughters, Judith (Wayne) Herndon, Cathy (Bob) Johnson, Janice (Bill) Fulmer and Dr. Nancy (Richard) Voorhees; a son, the Rev. Bob (Joyce) Coleman; 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Woodrow Coleman; and a daughter, Carol Sue Coleman.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Grace United Methodist Church, 1300 E. Adams Drive, Franklin. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to Grace United Methodist Church or the Franklin United Methodist Community, 1070 W. Jefferson St., Franklin, IN 46131.
Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel.
