Mrs. Marian W. Schoolcraft, 90, of Greenwood, died Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012.
She was born on July 7, 1922, in Vermillion County, a daughter of the late Harry T. and Edith H. (Parsons) White. She was married to William E. Schoolcraft. He preceded her in death. She is also preceded in death by a brother, Chester White and two sisters, Louise Akers and Emily Wallace.
Survivors include a son, Larry Joe Schoolcraft (Cheryl); two daughters, Brenda Lynn Wheatcraft (Allan) and Nancy Egler; nine grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
Marian was a cashier for more than 22 years at Standard Grocery. She retired in 1982. She was also a member of retail clerks union #725 as well as a member of Concordia Lutheran Church in Greenwood.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Service & Crematory, Greenwood Chapel, 481 W. Main Street. A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery.
