Survivors include two brothers, his twin, Donald F. (Gloria) Shepherd of Franklin, and Rex Shepherd of Iowa; and a sister, Barbara Branam of Fort Wayne.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John B. and Lottie B. (Goodwine) Shepherd; and four brothers, Harry, Harold, Leonard and Charles Vernon Shepherd.
Private services will be at a later date.
