Survivors include his wife, Karen Chapman; two sons, George and Sean Chapman; and eight grandchildren.
A funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann East Street Funeral Home, 1505 S. East St., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 5 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at The Gardens at Olive Branch Cemetery and Mausoleum Park in Greenwood.
