Dorothy M. Alexander, 91, died Saturday, March 2, 2013. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
She is survived by a daughter, Sandra Farno of Indianapolis; two sons, Ronald (Marcia) Alexander of Indianapolis and Michael (Donna) Alexander of Greenwood; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a brother, the Rev. Bob (Dorothy) Weeks of Terre Haute.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward Alexander; five brothers Lawrence, William, Clarence and Charles Lisby and Jimmy Weeks; and her parents, Clarence Lisby and Bessie Jones Weeks.
Visitation will be from noon to 2 p.m. Thursday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. A graveside service will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
