Charles A Hartl, 86, died Monday, March 11, 2013. He was a resident of Indianapolis.
He is survived by his wife, Edith B. Loux-Hartl; a son, Larry Hartl; two stepchildren, Barbara Gorman and Michael Loux; a sister, Juliann E. Bischoff; one grandchild; five stepgrandchildren; 13 great-stepgrandchildren; and eight great-great-stepgrandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, George and Robert Hartl.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at noon today at Our Lady of the Greenwood Catholic Church, 335 S. Meridian St., Greenwood. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time today at the church. Burial will be at South Mound Cemetery in New Castle.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis.
