John Ernest Mills, 93, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013. He was a resident of Greenwood.
He is survived by his wife, Cleonia C. (Hemmerlein) Mills; a daughter, Diana (Joe) Downing; and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Stella Mills; and five brothers.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home at the Gardens at Olive Branch, 1605 S. State Road 135. Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home, where a Masonic service will be conducted at 1:45 p.m. Burial will be at Forest Lawn Memory Gardens in Greenwood.
