Phyllis “Ann” Collins, 65, of New Whiteland, passed away Friday, March 15, 2013.

She was born Nov. 20, 1947, in Indianapolis to Glenn and Phyllis Callaway.

She attended Vineyard Church.

Ann enjoyed computer games. She cherished time spent with her family and loved cooking for them and all of their friends.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas D. Collins; two daughters, Pamela D. (Jack) Baggett and Angela Marie (Bobby) Sims; a son, Thomas M. (Jennifer) Collins II; eight grandchildren, Danielle Johnson, Derek Collins, Tori Clark, Reba Collins, Savanah Hollenbaugh, Steven Sims, Emma Sims and Addison Collins; one great-grandchild, Jace Johnson; a brother, Bud Callaway; two sisters, Terri Kreyling and Tracy Galloway; and best friend, Grammy.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Glen and Phyllis Callaway; a brother, David Callaway; and a sister, Patty Shaull.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time today at the funeral home. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Fishers.
