Donna Dinn, 59, of Edinburgh, died Sunday, April 28, 2013, at St. Vincent Seton Specialty Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born Jan. 31, 1954, in Bartholomew County, to the late James and Mabel (Burton) Hancock.
Survivors include her son, Anthony (Sarah) Dinn of Edinburgh; companion, Eric Moore of Edinburgh; granddaughter, Keeley Dinn of Edinburgh; six siblings, James “Snooter” (Juanita) Hancock, Valley (Shirley) Hancock, Gene (Tammy) Hancock, Joe Hancock, Steve Hancock and Karen (David) Harmon, all of Edinburgh; and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jackie L. “Jack” Hancock; and two sisters, Judy Hancock and Margie Allender.
She was a member of Who So Ever Will Community Church in Edinburgh.
She was a former employee of Cracker Barrel restaurant and Holiday Inn.
She enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling and bingo.
A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Who So Ever Will Community Church, 623 E. Eisenhower Drive, Edinburgh, with the Rev. Lewis Burton officiating. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today and from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Arrangements are being handled by Eskew-Eaton Funeral Home in Edinburgh.
