Debra “Debbie” Huber, 55, of Edinburgh, passed away Friday, Aug. 22, 2014, at 5:10 p.m. at her residence.
She was born Sept. 22, 1958, in Columbus, the daughter of James L. “Buster” Huber, Jr. and Rosetta (Warren) Huber Rhude.
She’s survived by her mother of Edinburgh; brother, Glenn (Connie) Huber of Franklin; sister, Martha Huber of Edinburgh; nephew , Chad (Gwen) Huber of Southport; niece, Julie (Chris) Barnes of Franklin,; five great-nieces; one great-nephew; and her companion, Billy Murphy and his son Zack of Edinburgh.
She was preceded in death by her father.
She was a 1976 graduate of Edinburgh High School. She was employed at Connectronics, Inc. in Edinburgh as an assembly supervisor. She enjoyed time with family, camping, fishing, boating and her dog, Lucy.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh with Revs. Guy Hardin and Mike Whited officiating. Calling will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Johnson County Humane Society in Franklin.
