Phyllis Ann (Carrico) Quillen, 76, died Thursday, June 21, 2012. She was a resident of Indianapolis.
Survivors include her children, Sheila (Rick) Thacker, Randy (Becky) Quillen, Dennis (Rochelle) Quillen, Vivian (Stuart) Pfoutz, and Julie Jenson; brother, Ronnie Carrico; 11 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Arvine “Bill” Quillen; and 12 siblings.
Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m. today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis, A funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery in Indianapolis.
