Norman Escoe Stucker

INDIANAPOLIS

Norman Escoe Stucker, 72, born Aug. 20, 1941, passed away Feb. 27, 2014, in Indianapolis.

He was the son of the late Norman E. Stucker II and Dorothy Walker Stucker, and stepmother Betty Stucker; and spouse to the late Karman McFadden Stucker.

He is survived by a son, Kurt (Tammy) Stucker of Franklin; a daughter, Alisa Stucker Angelsky of Greenwood; and stepdaughter, Brenda McFadden (Jim) Hood of Greenfield. Grandchildren include Kyle and Kevin Stucker, and Nikolas and Emma Angelsky.

Born in Marion County, he spent his childhood years in Columbus, with a sister, Kay Stucker Baker, and a brother, Mark Douglas Stucker, before moving to Franklin.

He was a graduate of Franklin High School in 1959 and attended a year at Indiana University.

Norm operated both a produce market and worked in construction and painting for the last 45 years and was an active member of the Philadelphia Church of God. His family and his church were his passion. He will be greatly missed by all.

Visiting hours will be 4 to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hendryx Mortuary Cumberland Chapel, 11636 E. Washington St., Indianapolis, with a memorial service to follow.
