Gary David Stefaniak, 66, of Mishawaka, died Thursday Nov. 27, 2014, in Franklin.
Gary is survived by his wife, Annette Stefaniak of Mishawaka; his daughter, Jennifer (Devin) Cook of Brookston and his son, Michael (Victoria) Stefaniak of Greenwood; three grandchildren; one sister, Sally Marlephansakul, of Whittier, California, and one brother, Laniel Stefaniak, of South Bend.
There will be no visitation or services as cremation has taken place.
