Mr. and Mrs. Monford Sprong of Franklin are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
Mr. Sprong and his wife, the former Nedra M. Listenberger, were married Dec. 12, 1964, at Pilgrim Holiness Church in Shelbyville.
He is retired from Allison Gas Turbine.
She also is retired.
The couple have three children, Duane (Tina) Sprong and DeEnna McKie, both of Franklin, and Darin (Dana) Sprong of Columbus; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
