GREENWOOD
Mary E. Byers, 92, died Friday, Dec. 5, 2014. She was a resident of Greenwood.
Survivors include four children, Janet L. Manning (Rick), Thomas W. Byers, Michael W. Byers (Loretta) and Cheryl S. Stone (Steve); nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; sisters, Roseanna Williams, Delores Cook and Marilyn Jean Kirkwood; and brother, William “Billy” Williams.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayman Byers.Â
Visitation will be from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis followed by the funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Community Hospital Foundation.
