4 Republicans file for municipal primary

Four more Republicans filed for city and town offices this week, including a new candidate seeking a seat on the Whiteland Town Council.

Scot Ford, who serves on the town board of zoning appeals and previously served on the redevelopment commission, will seek a seat on the town council.

Robert “Bob” Zehr also filed to run again for a seat on Whiteland’s council.

Ezra Hill will seek another term as the District 2 representative on the Greenwood City Council; and Karen I. Harrison is running again for Prince’s Lakes clerk-treasurer.

Residents interesting in running have about one week left to file for the May primary. The filing period ends at noon Feb. 6.
