INDIANAPOLIS
Junior C. Carter, 86, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2015.
Junior is survived by his wife, Donna Carter; their children, Ken (Bonnie) Carter, Cindy (Rob) Fawver; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Bill Holmes; brother, James (Louise) Carter; and sister, Vera Mae (Otis) Whitfield.
Visitation will be at 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday with services following at 11:30 a.m. at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave, Indianapolis. Burial will be held with military rites concluding services at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Greenwood. All are invited to a luncheon to be held at Southport United Methodist Church, 1947 E. Southport Road, Indianapolis.
Memorial contributions can be made to Riley Children’s Hospital, Greenwood Post 5864 Veterans of Foreign War, or St. Francis Hospice.
