Criminal mischief

Tearman Motel, 501 S. Morton St.: Police responded at 7:35 a.m. Monday to a report of a damaged vehicle.

Thefts

1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 5:10 p.m. Monday to a report of someone entering a vehicle and displacing a vehicle registration. Nothing was reported missing.

1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 4:58 p.m. Monday to a report of a tool box taken from an unlocked vehicle.

1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 4:33 p.m. Monday to a report of a ransacked vehicle that had been left unlocked.

1900 block of Puller Place: Police responded at 4:44 p.m. Monday to a report of pocket change being taken from an unlocked vehicle.

Report taken at police department, 2801 N. Morton St.: Police responded at 12:05 p.m. Monday to a report of a wallet taken from an unlocked vehicle.

Dick’s Sporting Goods, 1251 U.S. 31 North: Police responded at 4:02 p.m. Sunday to a report of theft.

800 block of Kings Mill Road: Police responded at 10:44 a.m. Sunday to a report of theft from a vehicle. A tablet was taken.

Johnson County Jail, 1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: Police responded at 10:52 p.m. Monday to a report of a fight between two female inmates.

Fraud

Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: Police responded at 11:10 a.m. Monday to a report of a fraudulent credit card transaction.

Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, 1091 Hospital Road, Franklin: Police responded at 2:16 p.m. Monday to a report of a fraudulent check someone attempted to use for an online purchase.
