Hearts & Darts – March 2

Hearts

I would like to enter this heart to whoever cleared our drive and sidewalks Feb. 17. I am disabled and not capable of doing it myself. Thank you.

Jerry Trimble

Compliments to Lori Borgman who had the guts to write the article “University’s speech police leave students speechless” in the Feb. 19 Daily Journal. We are losing our freedoms in this country every day and don’t even recognize it.

Shirley Toney

Thank you to whoever shoveled out our driveway and a path up to our house. I really appreciate it.

Hearts to the East Adams Drive Christmas Elf. Such a pleasant surprise to find some goodies for me and my cats in the mailbox at Christmastime. They were enjoyed by all.

Hearts to the following people who helped me during my time of surgery and recovery. David Goodman, my son, who is always there for me. Roger Adams, Judy Price, Bill and Betty Goley for getting me where I needed to be on time. To Cindy Webb for taking care of my Rumpke and keeping my sidewalk clean of snow. Also the Daily Journal and Indianapolis Star for delivering my paper to my door. The Methodist Church and all the cards and prayers that were made for me.
