INDIANAPOLIS

Dallas Lee Hyatt, 61, passed away, Wednesday, March 4, 2015, in Indianapolis. He was a resident of Indianapolis.

Dallas was born Dec. 23, 1953, in Franklin to Robert and Wanda (Curtis) Hyatt.

He was employed with Kid Glove Services in Indianapolis for 10 years as a truck driver and delivery person.

He enjoyed fishing and growing tomatoes. He loved spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his wife, Ann (Jewell) Hyatt of Indianapolis; father, Robert Hyatt of Franklin; six children, Brian (Kelli) Beckner of Whiteland, Jolea (Josh) Lindley of Hagerstown, Kelli (Christobal) Rodriguez and Kriston Hyatt both of Oklahoma, Marianne (John) Crews and Cassie (A.J.) Merriman, both of Indianapolis; sister, Ona Mae Boggs of Texas, five brothers, Rex Hyatt of Edinburgh, Robert Hyatt Jr., David Hyatt and Charles (Stacey) Hyatt, all of Franklin, and Timmothy (Sunny) Hyatt of Oklahoma; 24 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Wanda Hyatt.

A funeral service will be conducted at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Jessen Funeral Home, Whiteland Chapel, 729 N. U.S. 31. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Youngs Creek Cemetery near Franklin.
