800 block of East Jefferson Street: A man reported at 2:47 a.m. Tuesday that a man came to his door and asked for a woman who did not live there. The man punched him when he said the woman did not live there.

Theft

Kroger, 1700 block of Northwood Plaza: An employee reported at 2:23 p.m. Monday that a woman attempted to steal cheese, cat food, a ham, butter and lighters. The woman was arrested.
