Martin and Norma Bell of Greenwood are celebrating their 70th wedding anniversary with a party today. Family and friends are invited from 1 to 5 p.m. at the Carefree Club House, 1202 Leisure Lane, Greenwood, to celebrate.
Mr. Bell and his wife, the former Norma Duncan, were married on June 6, 1945, in Portsmouth, Virginia.
He is retired as a truck driver.
She also is retired.
They are the parents of Gloria Hinkle, Marty Bell, Cindy Bell, Jeanette Cloud and Pam Berzins; nd they have more than 20 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
