Jon Paul Scott Jr., 52, of Indianapolis, died Nov. 11, 2015, in Indianapolis.
Survivors include a sister, Kellie Pryor of Whiteland; and a brother, Eric Scott of Franklin.
A memorial service will be conducted at a later date.
