<p>Shirleyn Jane Lacey, 66, died on Wednesday, May 18, 2016. She was a resident of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>Survivors include her daughter, Patricia Denise Smith (Lacey); three grandchildren; and two great-grandsons.</p>
<p>A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. today at Glenns Valley United Methodist Church, 2625 Glenns Valley Lane, Indianapolis.</p>
