<p>Greenwood VFW members will host their annual Memorial Day poppy drive this weekend to honor veterans.</p>
<p>Approximately 40 volunteers are needed to help with the distribution of poppies at several business locations Saturday.</p>
<p>Those who wish to help out should call Commander Steve Milbourn at 317-525-7291. Volunteers will meet at the post at 7:30 a.m. Saturday to be at the businesses by 9 a.m. There will be at least two people at each location. Volunteers are advised to bring chairs if they have trouble standing.</p>
<p>All money collected goes into the post’s relief fund which helps veterans, their families and children and homeless veterans in dire economic need during emergencies. A donation in any amount is appreciated.</p>
