<p>Barbara Jean Thompson, 68, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, May 25, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include her children, William J. (Anita) Purcell Sr., Laura A. McDonald, Phillip R. (Mindy) Purcell, Chris L. (Anita) Purcell, all of Indianapolis; two brothers; four sisters; 18 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Edward Thompson.</p>
<p>A funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at at Newcomer Funeral Home, 925 E. Hanna Ave., Indianapolis. Calling will be from noon to service time. Interment will follow the funeral at New Crown Cemetery.</p>
