<p>INDIANAPOLIS</p>
<p>Billy Gene Cooper, 84, died at his residence in Indianapolis on Sunday, July 3, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include his children, Barbara (Frank) Worrell, Kathy Abplanalp, Bill (Jennie) Cooper and John Cooper; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a sister, Rubee Pillow.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his wife, Janet Cooper; and son, Randy Cooper.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m. Friday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Burial will be at Acton Cemetery.</p>
