<p>Garland Edward Elmore, 69, of Franklin, died Sunday, July 3, 2016, in Franklin.</p>
<p>He is survived by two sisters, Vickie Burton and Teresa Basil, both of Franklin.</p>
<p>No service are planned at this time.</p>
<p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home, Franklin Chapel.</p>
