<p>Jerome “Jerry” E. Joest, 83, of Indianapolis, died, Thursday, July 21, 2016.</p>
<p>Survivors include his children, Debbie Gonzales, David Joest, Donald Joest, Julie Gioscio, Sherri Gonzales, Karen Brewer and Rick Joest; 19 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosie Joest, daughter, Carol Joest.</p>
<p>Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to noon today at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home. Prayers will be conducted at noon followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. at Nativity Catholic Church, 7225 Southeastern Ave., Indianapolis. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery.</p>
