<p>FRANKLIN</p>
<p>Richard D. Waggoner, 80, of Franklin, died on Saturday, July 30, 2016, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.</p>
<p>He is survived by his wife, Sharon H. (Harrison) Waggoner of Franklin; two sons, Kevin S. Waggoner (Jackie) of Indianapolis and Brian Waggoner (Lisa M.) of Shelbyville; a sister, Judy Diane Wilson of Greenwood; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>He was preceded in death by a daughter, Tracy Michelle Waggoner.</p>
<p>Services are private. Entombment will be at Washington Park East Cemetery in Indianapolis.</p>
<p>Swartz Family Community Mortuary and Memorial Center in Franklin is handling the arrangements.</p>
