<p>William E. Ruble, 41, of Franklin, formerly of Columbus, died on Sunday, July 31, 2016, at Franklin Meadows in Franklin.</p>
<p>Survivors include his children, Joshua and Jacob Ruble, both of Columbus, and Katherine and Trinity Ruble both of Franklin.</p>
<p>The funeral will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Barkes, Weaver & Glick Funeral Home on Washington Street. Family and friends may call from 12:30 p.m. to time of service Friday. Burial will be at Garland Brook Cemetery with military honors presented by the Bartholomew County Veterans Honor Guard.</p>
