<p>Kaylee Lynn Kelley, 25, died on Aug. 5, 2016. She was a resident of Indianapolis.</p>
<p>She is survived by her children, Jadaven Frye and Maelynn Kelley; mother, Tracy Holt; father, Larry Frye Jr.; and brother, Thairon Bright.</p>
<p>Services will be private.</p>
<p>Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care.</p>
