Franklin’s smoke-free air policy now includes e-cigarette prohibition in workplaces, including bars and private clubs.
Free window decals banning both cigarettes and electronic cigarette devices are available for Franklin businesses to enforce the ordinance.
Most businesses will receive decals in the mail, but they may be picked up at the Franklin Chamber of Commerce office, 120 E. Jefferson St.
