<p>Howard Edward Sizemore, age 66 passed away Sunday, Sept. 4, 2016, at his home in North Vernon.</p>
<p>Survivors include his companion, Teresa Fields; son, Edward Sizemore, four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; siblings, Christine Kutruff, Dallas Sizemore, Savannah Nichols and Dennis Sizemore and step-sister Chianne Woodall.</p>
<p>No services are scheduled at this time.</p>
<p>Arrangements have been entrusted to Meredith-Clark Funeral Home Cremation & Personalization Center in Morgantown.</p>
