FRANKLIN
Velma (Santos) Neff, 86, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, Sept. 15, 2016, at Johnson Memorial Hospital in Franklin.
She was born Sept. 23, 1929, in Hudson, Massachusetts, to Antonio and Louisa Santos. She had been an administrative assistant for Circle Leasing in Indianapolis.
Surviving is her husband, Elwood F. Neff of Franklin; a daughter, Kathleen Neff of Indianapolis; a son, Steven Paul Neff (Lettie) of Franklin; two grandchildren, Dr. Mallery Neff (Curtis Goble) of Indianapolis and Eric Neff (Caitlin) of Greenwood.
Services are private.
