A Greenwood pharmacy was robbed at gunpoint Thursday evening with the suspect stealing several types of drugs.
Greenwood are looking for the person who robbed the Walgreens store at 700 U.S. 31 South at 10:20 p.m., and are asking the public for assistance in identifying the suspect.
The suspect was carrying a pink Victoria’s Secret backpack and was wearing an orange hoodie, black shoes, red socks and an orange hat with the word “Polo” inscribed on the back. The suspect was armed with a black semi-automatic style handgun, according to a Greenwood Police Department report.
The suspect is believed to be around 25 years old, about 5-feet-9-inches tall and 165 pounds, the report said.
