<p>Tammy Raye Barrows Kelly, 54, of Franklin, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, at Sidney and Lois Eskanazi Hospital in Indianapolis.</p>
<p>Survivors include her husband, Gary L. Kelly of Franklin; three sons, Jason Kelly, Jeremy Dunn and Jacob Dunn, all of Crystal Lake, Illinois; and one grandson.</p>
<p>The Kelly family will receive guests from 11 a.m. until the time of service at 1 p.m Saturday at Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care, 951 N. Main St., Franklin.</p>
<p>Simplicity Funeral and Cremation Care has been entrusted with arrangements.</p>
