<p>Ellen Kay Seyfried, 51, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Oct. 12, 2016.</p>
<p>She is survived by her brother, Michael T. (Theresa) Seyfried.</p>
<p>Visitation will be from 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, 5141 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Funeral services will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.</p>
