<p>INDIANAPOLIS</p>
<p>Shirley A. Tapp, of Indianapolis, died Friday, Oct. 21, 2016, at the age of 86.</p>
<p>Survivors include her husband, Ira Tapp; sons, Bruce (Charlene), Gary (Mark) and Terry (John) Tapp; three grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>A funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to service time Tuesday at the mortuary. Interment will follow at New Crown Cemetery.</p>
<p>The family has requested memorial gifts be given to the V.F.W. Ernie Pyle Post 1120- Ladies Auxiliary.</p>
