<p>Glenn Starks, 78, of Indianapolis, died Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2016, at Bethany Village Health Care in Indianapolis.</p>
<p>A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday at Greenlawn Cemetery in Franklin.</p>
<p>Swartz Family Church and Chapel – Funeral and Cremation Services in Greenwood is handling the arrangements.</p>
