INDIANAPOLIS
James Lee Robbins, 75, of Indianapolis, died on Sept. 27, 2016, in Indianapolis.
James is survived by his sister, Dorothy Jean Campbell of Indiana.
There are no services planned at this time. He was buried in the Indiana Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Madison with military honors.
Arrangements were entrusted to Jessen Funeral Home.
