<h4><strong>Veterans program set for Sunday</strong></h4>
<strong>Christ Our Shepherd, Church of the Brethren,</strong> 857 N. State Road 135, Greenwood, will host a Veteran’s Welcome Home Program on Sunday.
The program will include a free dinner starting at 5 p.m. and program starting at 6 p.m. for all military, reservist, veterans, surviving spouses and family members.
Retired Indiana National Guard Adjutant General Major General R. Martin Umbarger will be the guest speaker.

<h4><strong>Public invited to free monthly meal</strong></h4>
<strong>Stones Crossing Church</strong>, 7000 W. Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood, is now offering a community meal from 6 to 7:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of every month. All are welcome. There is no charge.
Also, the church will offer homework help to kids from 6:45 to 7:30 p.m. on the meal nights.
