<p>Haley E. Snyder, 29, of Indianapolis, died on Thursday, Nov. 3, 2016.</p>
<p>Haley is survived by her daughters, Sienna Yovanocich and Summer Burke; parents, Michael Snyder and Erin Chamberlin-Snyder; grandmother; sister; and brother.</p>
<p>Services will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday at Singleton Community Mortuary and Memorial Center, 7602 Madison Ave., Indianapolis. Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary.</p>
<p>The family has requested memorial gifts be given to an educational fund for her daughters.</p>
