<p>GREENWOOD</p>
<p>Beverly Ann Abraham, 85, of Greenwood, passed away after a long courageous battle with Alzheimer’s, on Friday, Nov. 11, 2016.</p>
<p>She was born on Oct. 17, 1931, in Beech Grove, to the late Cleo and Lavina Lyons Potts.</p>
<p>She was retired from IUPUI, SPEA after many years of service.</p>
<p>She was an active member of the Red Hat Society and Calvary Baptist Church.</p>
<p>Survivors include her daughter, Deborah Ann Abraham, son, John W. (Jan) Abraham; son-in-law, Timothy J. (Debbie) Winings; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.</p>
<p>She was preceded in death her daughter, Dr. Denise Winings.</p>
<p>Visitation will be 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at G.H. Herrmann Greenwood Funeral Home, 1605 S. State Road 135, Greenwood. The funeral service will be held at 11:30 Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.</p>
<p>Memorial contributions may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.</p>
