BROOKLYN, IND.
David M. Lambert, 66, died on Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016. He was a resident of Brooklyn, Indiana.
He is survived by his sons, Michael Lambert and Shaun Lambert, daughters, Lisa Glaze and Laura Wildman; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild; brother, Rick Lambert, and sister, Debbie Lambert.
A memorial service will be conducted at noon on Saturday at Hope Church of Brooklyn.
Arrangements were entrusted to Simplicity Funeral & Cremation Care.
