BEDFORD
Silva E. Soots, 93, of Bedford, died at 5 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2016, at the White River Lodge.
Survivors include a sister, Evelyn Morgan of Mooresville, and an adopted daughter, Nadene Soots of Louisville.
Memorial services will be scheduled at a later date. Burial will be at Clearspring Cemetery in Jackson County.
