Billie Ann Lovin Borer, 53, of Franklin, died Monday, Nov. 14, 2016, in Franklin.
She is survived by her husband, Mark Rogers of Franklin; her father, Bill Lovin of Knoxville, Tennessee; her mother, Betty Lou (Hall) Lovin of Greenwood and her sister, Karen (Terry) Johnson of Franklin.
